- A dirt bike or off road vehicle handles the ground better than anything low.
- Park at the top so you do not repeat the climb if you miss the window.

The name written in blood on the rock is the accusation. It stays there permanently, which is a quieter piece of storytelling than the ghost itself.
What makes it work is that Jock is not a hidden character. He is running for office in the same game world, on the radio, asking for your vote, while the evidence sits on a cliff in the north east.
What it is not
Two things worth stating plainly, because both come up constantly in discussions.
It does not unlock anything. No vehicle, no weapon, no mission and no achievement. Seeing it changes nothing in the save file.

So the reward here is the trip and the story. That is enough for a five minute detour, and it is worth knowing before anyone spends an evening trying to unlock something behind it.
